W Punta de Mita Names Anna Hill General Manager

In Brief: W Punta de Mita has appointed Anna Hill as General Manager, placing her in charge of operational leadership and guest experience at the luxury resort in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico.

Hill has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including work with EDITION and The Ritz-Carlton.

Most recently, she served as hotel manager at The Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai, where she led day-to-day operations, guest experience and operational and financial performance.

Before joining the Riviera Maya property, Hill held senior leadership roles in international destinations, including Doha, Qatar, where she contributed to Forbes recognitions, guest satisfaction scores and the property’s position in the luxury segment.

Hill also held progressively responsible positions within the Rooms Division at The Ritz-Carlton Doha and Hotel Arts Barcelona, building a foundation in service excellence and operational leadership.
