Here’s what to expect at the Edmonton Corn Maze this fall

8 September 20263 Mins Read

The Edmonton Corn Maze is jumping into fall, with its signature pumpkins and sunflowers already on the way this season.

This corn maze sits west of Edmonton and features outdoorsy, family-friendly fun from August to October. Complete with farm animals, spud gun launches, mini golf, its popular sunflower stroll, and picture opportunities, as well as the pumpkin patch coming this fall, this experience truly offers it all.

Each year since 2001, they have designed a brand-new maze with spectacular designs. This year, the 2026 maze design is a partnership with Alberta Motor Association (AMA) to celebrate 100 years of business. From a bird’s-eye view, a design celebrating this huge milestone is pictured in the 15-acre field of corn.

What to know before visiting the Edmonton Corn Maze

Where is the Edmonton Corn Maze and when is it open?

You’ll be able to find the maze just west of Edmonton, located in Spruce Grove. It’s officially entered its fall season hours, meaning this maze will be open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sundays.

How long does it take to get through the maze?

Although it depends on the person, according to the corn maze, visitors typically take between 45 minutes and one hour within the maze itself. If you decide to take on the extra challenges, it may take longer.

Will I get lost?

The corn maze provides maps and clearly defined paths, and if you happen to need assistance, staff members are available to help. There are also a series of numbered checkpoints within the maze to help guide visitors.

While the maze is designed to be challenging, the event assures guests that they won’t be truly lost.

What other attractions are available at the Edmonton Corn Maze?

Besides the corn maze, there are a lot of other activities and attractions available at the venue, including:

  • Farm animals
  • Corn Cob Express (tractor-pulled train ride)
  • Spud Guns
  • Mini golf
  • Jumping pillows
  • Barnyard Basketball
  • Roller Bowler
  • Bouncy Bin
  • Corn Crib
  • FarmCade
  • Wall Climbers
  • Picnic spots
  • Photo ops
  • Sunflower field
  • Pumpkin patch

When will the pumpkins and sunflowers be ready?

According to the Edmonton Corn Maze, the sunflowers are still growing, and blooms should be expected around mid-September. As for the pumpkins, the season should be kicking off in early September and last through October.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are available for purchase online and in-person at the maze (with $1 added to the ticket price for in-person ticket purchases), with prices varying depending on the date. All tickets include full attraction access on the date selected.

Fall weekday tickets start at $12 for youth (ages four to 11) and $14 for general admission. Weekend tickets will be $14 for youth and $16 for general admission. Children under four are free to enter.
