A new adventure park in central Alberta is going to be the place to be this summer, with a go-karting track, a mini golf course, and even a stocked trout pond to fish.
Sylvan Adventure Park in Sylvan Lake is set to open later this summer, and it’s shaping up to be one heck of a place to spend a few hours.
Big ticket items at this new adventure park are the high-speed go-karts for all ages, with the site offering a 500-foot kids track and a quarter-mile-long adult track.
Once you’re done zipping around the go-kart course, you’ll also be able to test your skills on our fun and challenging 18-hole mini golf course, perfect for players of all ages.
There are also paintball arenas set to deliver fast-paced action, strategy, and excitement for groups, parties, and thrill-seekers, while Digland will give visitors of all ages the chance to get behind the controls of a real mini excavator.
Last but not least, the stocked pond on the property will be a dream for any fishing lover, with the park touting that it is home to more than 5,000 rainbow trout.
According to the park’s most recent Facebook post, dated earlier this month, the owners have been “working hard to complete construction and putting the finishing touches on the park,” teasing future updates, including an official opening date “coming soon.”
