Next, take a quick dip in the cold plunge pool, which numbs the nerves around joints and muscles to cause a release of endorphins and other hormones with pain-relieving properties.
A trip to the steam room will open your airways and deliver positive moisturizing effects to the skin, followed by some time in the dry sauna to flush toxins from the body.
