Dylan’s Candy Bar Just Dropped a Bunch of Spooky Sweets to Kick Your Halloween Up a Notch

16 September 20263 Mins Read

People make a really big deal out of Halloween candy, but so often it’s just your regular old candy bars shrunk down to fun-size for trick-or-treaters. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll take a Twix in any form, but it’s nice to see a little ingenuity among Halloween sweets. It can be surprisingly hard to find, considering it’s a holiday that’s based around both ghoulishness and sugar.

Because, let’s face it, your go-to grocery store is stocking the household names like Hershey’s and Nestle. To get to the creative stuff, you have to dig a little deeper—find the folks who deal in candy all of the time. Like Dylan’s Candy Bar, for example. This is a store that works only with the sweet stuff, and for that, they’re really doing a noble deed.

Dylan’s just busted out their Halloween collection for 2026, and it’s a vibrant one. There are these super cute Swedish Bites Gummy Kebobs that retail for $10 a pop and work great in a Boo Basket for a friend or neighbor. It’s stacked with gummy candies of both the sweet and sour varieties, topped off with a peach-flavored skull candy.

But if you’re looking for something that pulls double duty as both dessert and a vessel to hold all of your trick-or-treat candy, the Boo-tiful Stash reusable tote ($40) is where it’s at.

You’ve got an epic trick-or-treat bag with a skull and crossbones on one side and a spiderweb on the other. Then come the treats. It’s filled with Dylan’s Mega Candy Buttons, a chocolate bar wrapped up like a bat and a Fright Bites mix of crisp milk chocolatey eyeballs, gummy spiders and gummy Dracula teeth.

What Works Best For Hosting a Halloween Party?

Personally, I don’t think there’s any bigger showstopper for a Halloween party than the Skull of Sweets ($35). It’s a white chocolate skull that’s packed with candy bones, gummy worms and eyeballs. You use the accompanying mallet to crack the skull open (bear with me—I know that sounds aggressive) to reach the goodies inside. Really, it’s no different than bashing open a piñata when you think about it.

As far as putting out a spread, the Feeling Fang-cy Bat Tray ($14) is a 16-inch, bat-shaped melamine platter that holds treats. (Though no candy is included—you have to purchase that separately.) It’s just a nice glossy little serving piece for the season.
