Edmonton’s largest indoor market has over 130 vendors every weekend

28 January 20262 Mins Read

This market in Edmonton has been operating for over 25 years, and it’s now the city’s largest indoor market.

Queen Mary’s Market is located in the heart of Edmonton, operating on weekends mainly with weekly activities and vendors open depending on the day. Here, there are over 130 vendors, as well as five individual restaurants within the building. This market takes on strong local vendors with a selection of antiques, rare collectibles, local produce, artisanal goods, and services.

You might just find your next big find!

What to expect

Whatever you’re looking for, you can find it in Queen Mary’s Market.

I personally am becoming a record connoisseur, so I love to go to EROC Records within the market. It buys and sells new and used records in good condition, and it’s my new go-to spot. There’s also Nostalgia Corner, which buys and sells the coolest games and movies you can find in the city. Whether you’re a self-proclaimed movie buff or a master gamer, this is definitely the go-to booth to stop at.

If you’re more of a foodie, you might enjoy stopping at Rival Burgers or grabbing some lemonade while you walk around.

In addition to taking over a massive 43,000 square feet, it’s not only wheelchair-accessible, but stroller-friendly as well. For those driving, free parking is also a major plus.

In addition to its weekend market days, on Thursdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., select vendors will be open for its weekday market. The market suggests checking its website to see which specific vendors will be open on these days.

Make your next trip down this week or weekend, you won’t be disappointed.
