Global Asset Solutions Appoints Francisco Garcia Auyanet as Asset Manager

Francisco Garcia Auyanet has joined Global Asset Solutions as an asset manager as the company continues its global expansion. Garcia was most recently financial planning and analysis manager at Radisson Hotel Group. He previously served as an asset management analyst at Hotel Investment Partners, overseeing a portfolio in the Canary Islands.

Garcia’s experience also includes work at Ernst & Young in IT advisory, specializing in defining and implementing digital tools to improve internal processes for large hotel groups.

He holds a Double Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Business Administration from Comillas Pontifical University. He has completed industry programs including Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management at Cornell University, the Certified Hotel Valuer programme from the International Association of Hotel Appraisers, and the Advanced Programme in Real Estate & Hospitality at IE University.

Global Asset Solutions noted that Garcia’s appointment comes amid growing demand for specialized, luxury-oriented hotel asset managers and highlighted his expertise in both technology and asset management.
