Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas has completed a $24 million renovation, concluding a multi-phase project that updated accommodations and amenities across the property. The final phase included completing all 45 two-bedroom Premium Villas, with the last 20 redesigned. This phase also introduced 11 new Premium King guest rooms and one Junior Suite with a separate sitting area, the opening of Salt & Sol, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, the launch of Mirage Market for Villa guests, and a fully reimagined fitness center.
Earlier upgrades completed last year included refreshed guest rooms, revitalized outdoor spaces, and the initial unveiling of the first 25 renovated Villas.
The redesigned two-bedroom Premium Villas now feature a private gated entrance, dedicated parking, a lounge with fireplace and sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and dining area, an in-unit washer and dryer, private patios, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. The Villas are arranged in clusters of five and include exclusive access to a pool and fire pit. Mirage Market provides a daily complimentary continental breakfast for Villas guests. Two specialty Villas, the Family Villa with themed bunk beds and the Fitness Villa with a Tonal smart fitness system and Peloton bike, were also introduced.
Villa guests have access to amenities such as pre-arrival refrigerator stocking, private chef dinners, complimentary beer and wine tastings with lite bites, and a bachelorette package in partnership with local vendors.
Salt & Sol, the new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant located at the main resort pool, offers coastal and Southwest-inspired cuisine, an open-air dining environment, and live music. The menu features nine globally sourced salts used in seasonal dishes, proteins, and shareable plates. Signature menu items include Salt & Sol Mezze, Mission Figs and Crow’s Dairy Goat Cheese Pinsa, and Prime Churrasco NY Strip. Cocktails such as the Salt & Sol Spritz and The Valley are offered. Salt & Sol is open for lunch and dinner.
The renovation also added 11 new Premium King guest rooms and one Suite with a separate sitting area, bringing the total accommodations to 247 guest rooms, suites, and Villas. The new rooms feature desert-inspired interiors and upgraded amenities. The fitness center now includes Precor cardio and strength equipment, as well as a dedicated yoga and stretching studio. Meeting and event spaces were also upgraded as part of the renovation.
Rates start at $369 per night for guest rooms in peak season, with Villas starting at $749 per night in peak season.
