Grupo Imobiliario GFA and Hilton have signed an agreement for Waldorf Astoria Residences Guadalajara, planned as the first standalone Waldorf Astoria branded residences in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America, with delivery expected in Winter 2029.

The Waldorf Astoria Residences Guadalajara is a planned 30-story tower in Guadalajara, Mexico, rising 128 meters. The project will feature 114 private residences ranging from one to four bedrooms. Delivery is expected in Winter 2029. The development is the first standalone Waldorf Astoria branded residence in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Architecture is by Gensler, with interiors by Cuaik Architects. The property will offer over 3,000 m² of amenities, including a lounge, coffee bar, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, sports bar, residents’ kitchen, library, cinema, children’s playroom, kids’ playground, pet park, fitness center, yoga studio, spa, massage rooms, sky bar, and fire pit.

Project Overview

Grupo Imobiliario GFA and Hilton have signed an agreement to develop Waldorf Astoria Residences Guadalajara. The project is planned as a 30-story tower reaching 128 meters in height and will include 114 private residences. The residences will range from one to four bedrooms. The development is described as the first standalone Waldorf Astoria branded residence in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America.

The property is located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, in western Mexico. The design is inspired by the local context of Jalisco.

Development

Architecture for the Waldorf Astoria Residences Guadalajara is by Gensler, with interiors curated by Cuaik Architects. The design approach incorporates contemporary architecture and a material palette. The project will include more than 3,000 m² of amenities for residents. These amenities are planned to include a lounge, coffee bar, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, sports bar, residents’ kitchen, library, cinema, children’s playroom, kids’ playground, pet park, fitness center, yoga studio, spa, massage rooms, sky bar, and fire pit.

Delivery of Waldorf Astoria Residences Guadalajara is expected in Winter 2029.
