Hyatt Place Tianjin South Railway Station is located in the Tianjin South Railway Station Business District within Perennial Healthcare City Tianjin. The hotel is part of an integrated development that includes healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and commercial spaces. The development is described as China’s first high-speed rail Transit-Oriented Development integrating healthcare, rehabilitation, eldercare, and hotel offerings.
The hotel is situated in the core of Tianjin South Railway Station, providing access to major districts in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The location also provides access to cultural attractions such as the Five Great Avenues and Yangliuqing Ancient Town.
Hyatt Place Tianjin South Railway Station features 393 guestrooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling windows, bedding, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart climate control, and minibars. Select suites provide panoramic city views, and bathrooms feature separate wet and dry areas.
