Langham Hospitality Group has named Josh Littman as Head of Development for the EMEA region. Littman will lead the company’s expansion efforts across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, focusing on securing new hotel and branded residence contracts for The Langham Hotels & Resorts, Cordis Hotels & Resorts, Eaton, and Ying’nFlo. He will be based in London.

Recent openings such as The Langham, Venice and The Langham, Diriyah have contributed to the company’s momentum in the EMEA region.

Littman brings over two decades of experience in hospitality development, investment advisory, and mixed-use property planning. He most recently served as Vice President of Development, EMEA for Starwood Hotels, overseeing regional growth for Baccarat Hotels, 1 Hotels, and Treehouse Hotels, and working with owners, developers, and capital partners to secure hotel and residential agreements in major urban and resort destinations.

Previously, Littman held senior development positions with InterContinental Hotels Group and Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos, contributing to growth strategies across Europe and the Middle East. His career also includes advisory work with AECOM Economics, formerly Economics Research Associates, specializing in hotel, resort, and mixed-use property planning for owners and investors in EMEA, Asia, the Caribbean, and Latin America. He has also held property financing and feasibility roles with Kerzner International and PKF Consulting, gaining experience in the strategic, commercial, and analytical aspects of hospitality real estate.
