IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

No matter how angry you may get about what is taking place in the world this year you must keep a sense of perspective and recognize that in the greater scheme of things it’s all part of the cosmic plan. If nothing else you will sleep better.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

This is your time of year and so many things are going well for you now, but don’t fall into the trap of believing that the good times will last forever. The approaching full moon will upset a few apple carts, so get ready to protect yourself.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

The good things you have done for other people will be repaid in full this week as Venus enters your sign. As a bonus, you will find it easier to reach out to people whose affection you crave - and they will reach out to you as well.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

Gemini may be one of the zodiac’s air signs, and therefore more mental than emotional in nature, but you must not rely entirely on logic over the next few days. What does your heart tell you? That’s the signpost you must follow.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

Roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to a plan or program that matches your overall outlook on life. You won’t lack for colleagues and fellow travellers, in fact it’s quite possible that you could start a brand new movement for change.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

You may be enjoying yourself immensely at the moment but you also need to get serious about your work situation. As Venus moves into the career area of your chart this week you should aim to win important people over to your side.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Your current focus may be on your financial situation but over the next few days the cosmic picture will change and you will find yourself looking for ways to expand your enjoyment of life, whatever the cost. Keep a big smile on your face.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Make an effort to see life from as many different angles as possible over the next seven days. You have been a bit too rigid in your thinking in recent weeks and it hasn’t done you any noticeable favours, so set your mind free.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

A falling-out you had with a friend or loved one needs to be healed so you can both move on either together or alone. Let them know you hold no grudges and won’t be calling attention to your differences any more. And mean it!

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

You have found it ridiculously easy to get your way in recent weeks but it won’t be quite so simple over the next few days. Try not to be too domineering on the work front as it could turn even your allies against you.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

There is no point getting angry with someone who does not share your outlook on life and therefore won’t go along with your plans. Respect their position and push ahead without them. You may be surprised how far you can go on your own.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

The only way you are going to break free of some kind of restriction is to stop thinking about it so much. The more you focus on what you don’t like the more power you will give it, so focus instead on what you know can be done.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

You may be tempted to spend your hard-earned money on something that makes you feel good but be warned: the positive effect won’t last long. Instead, bank the cash and enjoy the glow that comes from knowing you have resources in reserve.
