Sofitel has announced the launch of its first branded residences project in Argentina, Sofitel Residences Buenos Aires Madero, located in the Dique 4 area of Puerto Madero.
Sofitel has launched its first branded residences project in Argentina, named Sofitel Residences Buenos Aires Madero. The development is located in the Dique 4 area of Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires. This project is the brand’s first residential project of its kind in the Americas and the third worldwide.
The project is being developed in collaboration with Northbaires, an Argentine company specializing in high-end and luxury real estate. The complex will consist of 43 floors, offering a total of 188 apartments and 343 parking spaces. The building will feature eight elevators.
The location of the development provides views of the Buenos Aires skyline, the Obelisk, the river, and the Buenos Aires Ecological Reserve. The project is expected to be completed in 2030.
Sofitel Residences Buenos Aires Madero is supported by Accor One Living, a platform focused on the development, design, and operation of mixed-use projects and branded residential communities. The project will include amenities such as concierge assistance and a restaurant.
Sofitel currently operates Sofitel La Reserva Cardales and Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta in Argentina, as well as Sofitel Montevideo Carrasco & Spa in Uruguay. The launch of Sofitel Residences Buenos Aires Madero is part of the brand’s strategy to expand its presence in the region.
